I have cough problem. Everytime I have cough in my throat from childhood. everytime i need to spit but it never goes it is always present and never end. it is resulting feeling of voamting, stoppage of breath. as per xray the cough come from my forehead.

These symptoms suggest probale sinusitis you will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of paranasal sinuses to evaluate further regarding the sinusitis and determine the treatment accordingly. Antihistamines and topical steroid nasal spray can be useful.
