Cough on normal laugh

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi. I start coughing if I laugh slightly hard and I immediately start getting breathing problem and it sounds like whistel. I feel like somebody's tickling hard in my throat and I feel like getting (thaska) kind of cough. Please note it happens every time whenever I laugh. Can somebody please suggest me what is the reason for this and how to cure
