Cough is not coming out
I have mild cough but I feel something is stuck in my throat and chest.and I am sure its cough.i try to take it out but applying soem force while coughing.but it doesn't come out easily.i think its stuck in my throat.what to do?can anyone help me out?

You seem to be suffering from post viral cough which is a common type of dry cough syndrome after an attack of viral upper respiratory tract infection. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use dry cough syrups, strepsils like lozenges and steam inhalation for faster recovery
