Hi since the cough is there since 2 weeks you can rest assure it may not be an infection. Seasonal changes can trigger allergic reactions like cough cold etc. start steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil twice daily for 1 week, drink warm water, avoid chilled drinks, avoid exposing yourself to cold air. Introduce ginger, pepper, haldi in your diet to help relief your cough. Check your temperature twice a day .
