I am exclusively breastfeeding my 3 month old but have dry cough from couple of days and trying to do home remedies as avoiding medicines
But Today having headache with burning nose

Hi agree with Dr Jain. I would add few points though. Kindly hold a kerchief or some cloth on your month while breastfeeding. You seem to have viral cold. A Paracetamol dose will not harm baby's breast feed. Also try steam inhalation. And drink plenty if hot water to sooth your throat .

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Take a paracetamol for headache that's all I can day.
I wouldn't suggest anything for cough because the cause for it needs to be determined for treatment. It could be allergic, it could be some infection anything.
Therefore, consult a physician in person. Let him examine you and then he will be able to give you a suitable treatment.
