Cough and severe shoulder pain
My mom is having cough from 2-3 days. This happened after she took some tablets for fever. She is having severe shoulder pain after she picked up heavy bucket. Now she is unable to move her hand. Please tell me how to cure her cough and shoulder pain.

Hello hello I need to know if she has sputum also associated with the cough as this syrup meant for cough is different if it is associated with sputum...Secondly about the shoulder ..It's quite possible that there is a muscle spasm, ligament injury which we have to examine...Meet an orthopaedician...Thank you
