Cough and light fever and weekness
I am having cough from last 3 hours and slight fever along with weekness . Though fever is not very high but I am feeling a bit week due to this

You should contact your local physician and get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
If your Cough is for more than two weeks then it needs to be investigated thoroughly. basic investigations which may be done are chest x-ray, complete blood count, ESR, sputum for afb and gram stain.
Take regular healthy meals and remain hydrated.
