  4. Cough and headche. Physician or other?

I have cough from last 6 to 8 months.i tried many times but it's not fully cure.now I have also headache from 2 months near eyebrows .mostly when cough increased,cold in near head and load on my eyes.my eye test is fully normal.my pns x-ray also shown bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy seen. Which doctor should I consult ENT OR GENERAL PHYSICIAN OR OTHER? PLEASE ADVISE ME SIR.
