Cough and feve r
I am having 99.3 fever taking dolo 650 6 hourly
Dont have continous cough but its there when i switch on the a/c or i eat something . Have body ache headache . Sense of taste and hunger is normal no runny nose . I have no other medical issues .

Check for Covid. You are having classic symptoms of Covid infection. If covid positive , then you will require proper treatment & medications , as you are having symptoms.
