Due to weather change I am facing cough and cold. Pain in chest and throat due to cough. Trouble in breathing while sleeping.

This is weather realated. Start with Tab. Febrex plus or Sinarest 1 tab 2 times a day, tab azithral 500mg 1 tab once a day, tab Pantop-D 1 tab once daily empty stomach, syp Zedex 1 tea spoon 3 times a day for 3 days.
