In my opinion it is due to chronic dry coughing you are suffering from any pharyngitis and at the same time any allergic pharyngitis with mild infection to be ruled out at present in my opinion.
Please try to contact me and nothing to worry it can be curable.
If I talk with you once I will tell you definitely what is the further procedure and what could be the reason and what medicines to be taken and what investigations to be done if at all required.
This can be tuberculosis, pneumonia or sometimes in case of prolonged cough the mucosa dries up and bleeding occurs in the airway which comes out with cough. You should consult someone offline.
