Cough and chest congestion

Asked for Female, 5 Years

Daughter ( 5 yr old - date of birth 15-5-15) has cold..cough and chest congestion since 2 days. No fever. Slight running nose.. Giving maxtra 5 ml morning and night. No much improvement.. please suggest medicines
