Cough allergy
Continious cough allergy for last one year. unable to breath during cough. we have consult with lots of doctor at different location. but no progress. Age: 48years

Take warm or hot drinks often – hot tea , hot coffee,hot Soups, hot milk.Avoid Fried/Oily foods like –Samosa, Dosa, Pakora, Papad, Namkeens, Potato Chips , Namkeens.Avoid Hotel Food, Avoid Fast food,Hamburgers, Pizza. Do not take any COLD drinks , coldwater, ice cream, chilled food from refrigerator.Take soft foods like rice Gurrel(Khichdi), Plain daal, boiled vegetables.Avoid Chillies completely.Take plain warm water, Cocunutwater, Enerzal in warm water.Avoid Cold Milk , Meat Products ,Fried rice and noodles.Avoid Sour fruits like Citrusfruits, grapes.Avoid heavy meals, eat smallfrequent meals. Avoid Alcoholic drinks of allkinds  like Beer, Wine,whisky,vodka etc.Warm saline gargles thrice daily.Steam inhalation thrice daily.Rest for 5 days Private consult me for detailed prescription medicine protocol.

Hi. ... Use your air conditioner. Air conditioning reduces the amount of airborne pollen from trees, grasses and weeds that finds its way indoors. Air conditioning also lowers indoor humidity and can reduce your exposure to dust mites..... Decontaminate your decor. Maintain optimal humidity.. Prevent mold spores. Clean damp areas in the bath, kitchen and around the house to keep mold spores from developing..... Reduce pet dander. If you're allergic to dander, avoid pets with fur or feathers.... Clean regularly. Clean your home at least once a week..... Cover your nose and mouth if it's cold out....If your symptoms is worsened by cold or dry air, wearing a face mask can help....
