Correct Protein Intake.
Hi I have been going to the gym for past 3-4 months.I had regular protein shakes during that time and I beefed up a bit .But i missed gym for 2 weeks and now I am back to square one. Even worse , I feel I am thinner now. Kindly suggest whether protein shakes should be preferred. If not what is the alternative .

Am Dr.Santoshkumar a pediatrician, ideally it's not advisable to take protein supplements r drinks. kindly look at improving your diet by increases protein intake In diet.
