I met with an accident and elbow is fractured (said its coronoid fracture) and doc suggested to take rest for 3 weeks and it can be fixed. now hand is plastered, its been a week and still its swelling a little and i m worried whether can be fixed without surgery.

Do not worry, have you arm elevated as much as you can and do the movements that are available other than the elbow.
Once plaster is removed you will need Physiotherapy

Plz wait for 3 week. in my view no surgical intervention will help u. Slight swelling at elbow joint will be there after removal of plaster so don't worry will heal with time
