Coronavirus. Or just something else?!

I tested corona positive before 5 days and my symptoms started before 15 days from today though i wasn't tested corona positive i used to do all the home remedies like that of drink lot of fluids,hot water,gargle and everything apart from steam inhalation after testing positive i now take medicines and at home treatment and taking all the sufficient things which are necessary and my oxygen level is 98-99 and i am a diabetic patient i didnt get fever after i tested positive for corona but yesterday i got fever but gone after i took my next medicine dose. My cough and sneezing are also veryy rare but when i inhale steam my cough starts suddenly and stops after some duration of time and i dont even smoke. Is coughing during steam inhalation a sign of increasing of the virus or just something else?! Please need your suggestion.
