Coronavirus antibody related
Is it true that there is an immunity towards covid19 after one suffers from it and tests negative? How long does this immunity last? Can I be a carrier of the virus but not suffer from the disease (because of immunity)? I m covid positive currently (minor symptomatic) and will soon be tested for negative confirmation. Planning to visit my parents who are senior citizens after that. I need to know these facts before I visit them. Will be with them for 2 months.

Once you are covid negative you are safe to travel to your home and can visit your parents. As per the immunity question, research is still going on regarding how long the immunity lasts.
