There is corneal opacity in centre of cornea of both eyes ,you should consult corneal specialist for penetrating keratoplasty or lamellar keratoplasty, will be decided by operating ophalmologist, you should get get operation done one eye at a time, & when you get satisfied with result of one eye ,only then you should go for 2nd eye.
