Eye ball is not in center and i cant look at a person for more than 2minutes i get blur picture thank you

Better you attach your photos but it seems you are having exophoria ,when you look at near object ,eyes get diverged ,consult Opthalmologist to know reason & proper diagnosis, it is very difficult to pinpoint diagnosis here without examining you personally .
