My father is declared Covid positive in rapid test. Dr gives him tablets of pcm azyth zinc vit c etc. My father is Hepatitis B positive under 6 month tablet course. And also taking telmisartan 40 for BP. Now he can take all medicine continue for BP liver and Covid or not?

You can avoid Azithromycin as it is no longer considered usefull in treatment of covid.

But if your father has hepatitis B with chronic liver disease should not exceed 2 gm of paracetamol .
