Corona vaccine. Covaxin and covishield?

Sir Covishield is a vector vaccine produced by Serum institute of India in collaboration with astrazeneca and Oxford, ie it is a foreign vaccine being produced in our country. While Covaxin is a totally indigenous vaccine produced by Bharat Biotech under supervision of ICMR and Indian institute of Virology. Its an inactivated virus vaccine means the corona virus sample is chemically treated so that it cant multiply and cause infection in humans but still can induce an antibody response. Both Covishield and Covaxin is equally safe and efficacious ie around 80-90 percent. But is some European countries clotting side effects with Covishield but none till date in our Country. No major side effects have been reported with Covaxin till date. So both vaccines are safe and equally efficacious. U can take any one with no worries
