Viral fever tend to decrease heart rate
If he was very physically active , his resting heart would be low and it becomes lower. Tell him not to worry .
Heart doesn’t stop the way he thinks , he is worried unnecessarily . Pls advise him to increase hydration to two to three litres.
All he needs is reassurance !
