My friend have fever from day before yesterday afternoon.. In the evening Temperature was 99.4 then he took dolo 650 with azithromycin 500 at the night..then it comes to normal.. Again yesterday morning temperature around 99.6 then he again took same medicine then till the night fever remains normal.. So he took only dolo 650.. But today fever goes to 100 degree in the morning at 10 .am.. Then again he took same medicine today morning at 11:30 am right now it comes to 99.2... So temperature is getting fluctuate..it seems corona symptoms or some other viral.. Other than fever no symptoms is there presently.. Kindly give solution and what needs to be done further

It was indeed a good observation depiction from your end. Fever alone isnt an indication of COVID 19. He may continue Tab Dolo 650 1-1-1 for 3 days. Drink water upto 3 lit per day. Choice of antibiotics needs further questioning and evaluation.
