Corneal ulcer remedy

Asked for Male, 68 Years

I am suffering with corneal ulcer.. i m having itching in my eyes , i have lost vision of my eyes, my eyes turns red, and i m having alot of headache also. Please suggest me what should i do m using some drops and tablets for now. Can i know any operation treatment.. Please help

If the ulceration is in the central cornea, the condition usually takes longer to go away, and vision may be reduced permanently due to scarring. Unfortunately, permanent damage and vision loss may occur even if the condition is identified and treated early. corneal ulcers cannot be treated with medication, surgery may be needed to keep your vision. A corneal transplant can replace your damaged cornea with a healthy donor cornea to restore vision.
