Corneal abrasion
I suffered from corneal abrasion on stroma.Dr examine my cornea and saying that you have scratch line on stroma in front of the pupilery area but my vision is 6/9 in left eye and with pinhole it is 6/6.They suggest me to use fluorometholone eye drop and lubricant eye drop. I am using this eye drop since 3 months.how much time to take heal.

I won't advice you to continue with fluromethalone  for a indefinite period .as in many of my patients i have noticed rise of iop.

Hello If you are using fluorometholone for last 3 months ,then I would suggest you to visit your ophthalmologist. Doctor may stop it Prolonged unmonitored use of steroid is a risk factor for glaucoma

Corneal abrasion must have healed by now.U should stop flurometholone eye drop.
