  4. Copper IUD. It could cause an infection?

I just got the copper iud in and my boyfriend said it was okay to have intercourse even tho I got it just earlier that day and we did. Could I have ruined it or any possibility it could cause an infection ?

You are too young for a copper IUD And it is not meant for boyfriend use. Please consider using a condom or go on the pill.
