COPD was diagnised
Sir my father aged 80 was diagionised as a case as COPD
in his younger days he was employed in Textile mill and
he was a beedi smoker for last 30 years ,we are resident of
HBR layout( via lingarajpuram) please recomend good Dr
pulmologist within 5 kms radius ,since my father finds walking
very difficult even 10 feet, difucult in BREATHING during nite
time. PLEASE RECOMEND GOOD PULOMIOGIST /RESONABLE FEES

I think you need to enquire locally or use GPS system of your phone on practo software to find nearest pulmonologist..
I stay very far in Maharashtra in Nagpur.
