COPD risk in smokers
Hi doctor, I drink beer in a bar once a week. Every 45+   years age people i speak to while i take beer say they are smoking from 25 years. How come they do not get COPD? I have smoked for 12 years and stopped smoking from three months. But my FEF25-75 is 46% in PFT rest all are normal level as told by my Pulmonologist. Why i am getting affected and others not? My manager is 50 years old and he still smokes 20 cigerettes everyday but he has absolutely no issues
