Coocunt water to 6.5 month old baby
Can i give coconut water to my 6.5 month old baby..Please suggest. Also, since it is start of summer, can i give ragi to my baby??

U may have to wait for atleast a month or two to start giving ragi, but can definitely give coconut water to your baby,
