I had my last periods on January 15th after taking contraceptive pill. on 15th march my pregnancy test was negative. But my belly is fuller day by day. What's the problem?

If u haven't got periods after Jan...redo a pregnancy test preferably BHCG blood test to b hundred percent sure...
If that is negative..mostly u have some hormonal imbalance
