I ate an unwanted 72 on 23rd and had unprotected sex again today. Should I eat it again or I'm safe and according to my original cycle I'm ovulating today but unwanted 72 delays ovulation. I'm confused. Please help me

Unwanted 72 s an emergency contraceptive pill..you cn consume 1more because each pill acts only for a single act..also if u eat multiple pills in same cycle , failure rates are higher and it leads to irregularities in your menstrual cycles as well...
Consult direct for contraceptive advise with a regular pill instead of this .
