Continuous pain in d back of neck n fead

Asked for Male, 31 Years

M on medicine for insomnia and bipolar. But from last month ,continuous pain in back neck and head persist..Due to which shoulders and both hand, pain persist.Fever feeling, sleep disturbing while m medicine. Judging of object is tough for me..No concentration.
