Continuous fever

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I've just recovered today from continuous fever (not crossing 100 f) that i had since last 3-4 days... I was feeling great today in day , but now in night I've started feeling heat in my body. Also, I was suffering from a sore throat accompanying dark green phlegm. Also I'm a smoker.. what should I do? Should I take PCM or sponge my body? I've a exam after some days please suggest me something so that I can recover soon
