Continuous fever. At ahmadabad, gujarat!

I am having fever continuously. It always used to be there. My blood platelets count & haemoglobin count is always below the standard required level. I had hepatitis A before 2 years. Also i had dengue fever & typhoid last year. I also suffer from continuous headache. I feel like my nose is jammed every time. May be i am suffering from sinus. Also i have habit of masturbating almost daily. After masturbating i feel like my fever increases. I also have continuous pain in legs & knees. I also feel weakness continuously. I guess my continuous fever may be because of daily  masturbation. Pl. suggest how can i overcome my daily fever. Also pl. suggest my daily fever is because of daily masturbation or because of low haemoglobin & low blood platelets. Also suggest why my haemoglobin & blood platelets is always low. I am working person, works in food industry & work in shifts which change every week. I am presently living at Ahmadabad, Gujarat Thanks Presenjit Singh
