Continuous fever for 3days

Asked for Female, 4 Years

My daughter is 4yrs old and is having fever (100degree Fahrenheit)for 3days.. giving her calpol 250 for three times..vomitted twice on third day..urine is also less.. can u pls suggest should i go for rtpcr or is it just normal viral fever.
