Continuous dizziness
I'm feeling dizzy all the time, whenever I change my head's position or change my focus or look up after looking down for last 2 days since I came back from a trip. It started when I woke up 1 day after arriving, along with a red eye (Right). The eyes is fine now but the dizziness continues. Reading also causes stress

Hello der dizziness due to vestibular dysfunction Benign paroxysmal position vertigo Postural hypotension should be ruled out consult ent specialist and physician and for redness of eye consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
