Continuous Dark Brown Spotting
My last period was on 12th April to 16 April. But from 26th April I started, getting dark brown spotting on the next day in the morning I got cramp just like I get in period. And I saw black blood clots, this was contionuos till 1 week. Every morning period cramp such as lower back and after a while that goes away.
I'm still having little brown spotting but with no cramps and blood clots. This is my first time I'm experiencing such things.
Is it a sign of having cancer or something??

Get usg lower abdomen done.
