I am suffering from cold at a regular interval. No matter there is a season change or anything else, i always have cold. Kindly let me know what could be the possible diagnosis of my problem

Hello! You could be having allergic rhinitis with or without sinusitis. You will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of paranasal sinuses to determine the extent of the problem. You might find some relief with antihistamines and topical steroid nasal sprays.
