Continuing problem with my right ear
I am facing this strange problem with my right ear:
1) Partial hearing loss since last 1+ years
2) constant Tinnitus in my right ear since last 3+ years
3) Dizziness when I sleep on my right side or turn my head towards my right side since last 3 days
4) Facing a tension in my nerves around the right cheek and below the ears (Almost right side Jaw)
