I have been having headache from last 4days, it was started from my neck left side and pain spread towards neck shoulder nd arms, I had taken ultrasonic and tense therapy and had done even doing physically exercise, but from last days continue pain in my head, I have galti problem as well, even my stomach is not good, please suggest what is this problem

U r probably suffering from cervical spondylosis
To establish - get cervical spine x-ray
Medications- start tb pregabaline 75 mg hs, tb zerodol-MR 1 BD, tb pan 40 Od
Precautions- do not lift heavy weight or stretch neck
Do hot fomentation of neck twice a day
