I m 26 year old and overweight 10kg as compare to my ideal weight . I plan to CONCEIVE a baby. Should i continue my gym or avoid gym for providing complete rest to my body in this senario . Plesase suggest which exercise i avoid in gym if it is ok to going the gym during the CONCEIVE time.

There is no need to abstain from exercises when you are planning to start a family. You may continue to exercise at the Gym. Both aerobic & non aerobic endurance exercises may be continued moderately.
