I'm an it employee works 6-7 hrs daily infront computer its been 2 . 5 years since I started working but past some months I have been getting neck pain near shoulder-neck join , while
Working , travelling , after waking up too i tried all kind of exercises but pain didn't go away and I wasn't able to figure out why the pain was consistent... is it because of wrong position of sleep or sitting for long hours any other reason??
Can anyone help me on how to proceed with ??
