Does continous mastrubation has any bad effect on health and how can this habit be stopped. It really wastes a lot of energy which we can use in some productive work rather than wasting our time. How can one get rid of this habit.

Hello Dear, As you have rightly guessed, continuously masturbating can indeed cause loss of energy. However it is very common at the age of 20 years that you face this problem. You will have to take some medicines and some counselling will help reduce this condition.

Hello There. i can understand your concern, its normal for people to get into a habit of masturbation at such a age. masturbations is actually good for you if done upto 3-4 times a week, anything excess is bad. it can cause pain, discomfort, weakness etc. have a high protein diet , exercise regularly, do pelvic floor muscle strengthening exercises. don't think about it much. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain
