Crocin and dolo both are paracitamol only. Tab paracitamol 650 mg 4 times in a day for 3 days .but keep 5 hours of difference between each dose Tab levocitrazin+ montelukast at night for 3 days. Plenty of water. Do temperature charting. If fever persistent for more than 3 days then  your relative will need some tests So consult if fever persists for more than 3 days
