Continous acne on face
Hi.. i have acne on my face since my teenage. There are times when my skin becomes clear but then the acne starts appearing again. They pain a lot and have a white fluid in them, also they are usually big in size. I have normal skin. Please tell me what should i do ?

Hi
You are having acne & pimples, which is common in your age group.
Keep the skin clean.
Wash with mild soap & warm water.
Eat nutritious food.
Drink more water.
Do some exercise, regularly.
It seems your pimples are getting pus in them.
Don't pick or prick the pimples, which may cause infection.
