Contact with covid positive patient
Hi I had contact with my covid positive brother for last 8 days (6/25 ct score)... am mild asthmatic but not in medication... till now am stable and OK... but please suggest any precautions or any medicine for my current condition... for me and my husband... Please help us

T.deriphyline 1-0-1 if breathing difficulty occurs T.chlorpheniramine( cpm) 4 mg 1-0-1 for 5 days T.azithromycin 500mg 1-0-0 for 5 days T.doxycycline 100mg 1-0-1 for 5days T.zinc 1-0-0 for 5days T.vitamin C 1-0-0 for 5 days T pan 40 mg 1-0-1 for 5days All tablets take after food except T.pan 40mg  30minutes before food... Plenty of water 5 to 6 litres a day Immunity boosting foods like tomato,almond, carrot garlic mix milk with tumeric pepper powder,egg, groundnuts, Be confident.. definitely you will recover from it ..be encouragable to yourself and your wife ..

Need some more details history for proper medications. Is there any associated fever/ weakness/cough/ cold/ diarrhoes episodes? Take multivitamin tablets. Steam inhalation. Luke warm water gargle. Monitor your temp, BP, spO2. Of all within normal limits with no symptoms, then no need to worry.
