How much time one should wear contact lens in a day ? Should rest of the time in that day spectacle be used or one can continue to wear lens after taking it out and keeping in sol for 30 mins to 1 hours.

One should not use contact lens more than 5-6 hrs continuously & should use Tobrex & genteal eye drops before inserting & taking out contact lens.
