I have an STD (sexual transmitted diseases). My doctors recommend for medicine which is azithromycin and ceftriaxone. One of the medicine is expenaive. My question are , Is it possible if im only taking azithromycin only ? What is the effect for treating gonorrhea if azithromycin only i will use for medication ?

There are chances that the infection won't resolve fully. It's better that you take proper treatment as advised by the doctor.
