Consultation regarding year long allergy

Dear sir/Ma'am, I have been officially diagnosed with dust mite allergies through skin prick test, that's why I suffer all year long. How long at a stretch can steroid nasal sprays be taken safely??. Please guide me on the duration of nasal sprays. Thanks a lot.
