Asked for Female, 59 Years

As part of preventive health check-up , few tests on blood samples and urine analysis performed. Need to consult on the test reports of my mother(59 years). She had stomach ulcer problem 15 years back but has not been on any medication for anything since last 10 years. Attached are the reports.
